At Hits Bev Co, LLC, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Please review the details below regarding how we process and ship all orders placed through hitsbev.co.
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship our functional beverages and hemp-derived beverages within the United States.

Functional Beverages: Shipped to all 50 states.

Hemp-Derived Beverages (<0.3% THC): Shipped only to states where hemp beverage distribution is permitted by law. At this time, we do not ship hemp products to the following states: California, Alaska, and Idaho.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–4 business days after the order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available from the carrier).
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders are typically shipped using trusted national carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
We currently offer standard ground shipping only. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date your order leaves our facility.
Expedited or overnight options may be introduced in the future as our logistics expand.
4. Shipping Rates

Flat Rate: $6.99 per order for standard ground shipping.

Free Shipping: Orders totaling $80 or more (after discounts, before tax) qualify for free ground shipping within the United States.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.
5. Tracking Your Order
When available, every order will include a tracking number once shipped.
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address used at checkout.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Double-check your delivery address.

Look for delivery notices or check with neighbors.

If it still cannot be located after 48 hours, contact us at info@hitsbev.com.
We’ll investigate with the carrier and, if verified as lost or damaged, replace the order at no additional cost.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong flavor, please contact info@hitsbev.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

Clear photos of the affected products or packaging
We’ll review your claim and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we do not accept physical returns of any kind.
Refunds are issued only for verified damaged, defective, or missing items.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 1–4 business days back to your original payment method.
To prevent misuse, Hits Bev Co reserves the right to monitor refund activity and limit eligibility to two refund claims per customer, up to a total of $100 in refunded product value.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If a product is damaged or defective, we will issue a replacement or refund instead.
9. Customer-Paid Return Shipping
If a return or replacement ever requires product shipment back to us (rare), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise stated in writing.
10. Hemp Product Shipping & Compliance Notice
Our hemp-derived beverages comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight.
We only ship hemp beverages to states where sale and shipment of such products are legal.
By placing an order containing hemp-derived products, you agree and acknowledge:

You are 21 years of age or older.

It is your responsibility to ensure that hemp products are legal in your jurisdiction before ordering.

Orders containing hemp beverages cannot ship to:
California, Alaska, or Idaho. -
If an order is placed with a shipping address in a restricted state, it will be canceled and refunded.
All hemp orders are shipped in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, including COA verification and product labeling requirements.
